The Hertfordshire School Games Organisers are putting together a programme of activities to keep young people active during these uncertain times.

As families start establishing new routines at home it is vital that young people still have access to resources to develop their physical activity, health and well-being.

The Chief Medical Officers recommendation is at least 60 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity a day. In order to reduce the time spent sitting down, activity should be spread throughout the day to to break up long periods of not moving - you should breathe faster and feel warmer!

The activities below can be completed at home and can be adapted to suit a range of ages and abilities.
