Physical Activity
Health and Wellbeing
As families re-establish routines at home it is vital that young people still have access to resources to develop their physical education, physical activity, health and wellbeing.
The Chief Medical Officers recommendation is at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day. In order to reduce the time spent sitting down, activity should be spread throughout the day to to break up long periods of not moving. Young people could track their activity using this weekly tracker.
The activities below can be completed at in school or at home and can be adapted to suit a range of ages and abilities.
